Christini Technologies are back with another awesome 2 wheel drive machine, or rather two “track” drive machine. It’s a snow bike that incorporates Christini’s awesome two wheel drive technology, and should be capable of tackling anything.

If you haven’t seen any of Christin Technologies work before, take a look at this awesome  two wheel drive KTM they worked on a little while back – it’s not really the bike that’s special though, it’s their own patented two wheel drive technology. Their 2WD skills are so revered that they’ve been building bikes for the military, and that’s what was the main driving force behind this snow bike concept too.

It’s called the “II-Track” and rather than sticking to the traditional rear track/front ski, Christini Technologies have gone the extra mile, and fitted the front “ski” with a specially designed “mini” snow track, for much needed grip that can be used when the rider gets really stuck.

Engine wise, we’ve been left in the dark and there doesn’t seem to be any information available. However, it’s an all-terrain bike so it’s not going to be over the top, but neither is it going to be small either. We reckon something in the mid-range, something like a 450cc single – whatever it is, it’s got to be powerful enough to keep two tracks moving, and no doubt there’s going to be a serious amount of gear modification to make it behave itself.

Either way, it’s going to be cool. Christini Technologies never fail to amaze us. But if it’s not you thing, maybe you should take a look at the KTM based dual-snow/road concept that we showed you a little while back? I’d prefer a Christini machine though, any day of the week.
